Chambers Creek is a 1,100-acre, 55-plus active-adult master-planned community in Willis, Texas, near Lake Conroe and The Woodlands, developed by Caldwell Communities. It is built around "Lehman Park & Golf Course," a 9-hole course designed by former Open Championship winner Tom Lehman, along with a private marina on Lake Conroe, a resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness and movement center, 20-plus miles of trails, an onsite café, a vineyard, and a chapel.
